The three brothers were born in Nazareth, in Palestine, in a family of sound musical tradition. Their father was a stringed-instrument maker, famous in the Arabic world and their mother used to sing in a choir : Al Mouwwashahat. They come from a background where the oud, the Arabic lute, carries the Palestinian tradition along the erudite Arabic music. Thanks to their talent and their knowledge in traditional Magams, they attempt to renew the tradition, which hustles orthodoxy. Before they began the actual trio, Samir was the only one to play. With two albums in solo« Taquasîm » (1996) et « Sou’fahm » (2001), he succeeded in few years to move from a local notoriety to international fame. In 2002, Wissan joined Samir and the duo released the album « Tamaas ». In 2003, the album was really well received by audiences and reviews, which promoted hundred of concerts. Adnan, the youngest, joined his elders in 2004 and they could start the trio.
