PORTRAIT D’UN CINEASTE SOUS L’ARBRE

Thanks to an astonishing programming, « Portrait d’un Cinéaste sous l’Arbre » gave the opportunity to children to discover masterpieces that cannot be ignored in the cinema world. Eight themes structured the Festival : Childhood, the Pastorale, Fairytales, Trees, Images, Paroles, Animals and Comedy. Children and their parents also could attend concerts and meet some artists, such as Takahata Isao, Catherine Prévert, Paulette Grimault… Children, teenagers, parents and grand-parents have been given the opportunity to discover or rediscover the famous « The King and the Mockingbird», « Princesse Mononoke », « The Grave of Fireflies », « Castle in the Sky», « Forbidden Games», « The Bicycle Thief»…
